Shipping Policy

We believe customer satisfaction should extend into our shipping policy. Our standard and express options for shipping allow customers to receive a product in the time span that they need it. Please be aware that sometimes items may take longer to ship if they are out of stock. Customers will be notified of this immediately. We offer free standard ground shipping to USA and Canada on orders of over $300. Orders will usually be shipped by UPS and customers will be emailed once the item is delivered.

Shipping rates are not guaranteed in all cases. For orders requiring additional freight charges, you will be contacted directly by Customer Service. Next day delivery is only guaranteed next day when the order is received by 12:00pm (Noon) EST and all items ordered are in stock. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately.

Returns and Exchanges

At Shrinkshop, we want to ensure that our customer is 100% satisfied with our product and its delivery. Unopened and/or defective items may be returned or exchanged. To co-ordinate exchanges and returns, please contact us by email.

Custom Cut & Printed Tubing is non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the production of your order, please contact us directly.

Duties and Brokerage Fees

For orders within Canada and USA, shipping charges include all duty and brokerage. For international orders, any duty brokerage and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. If you would like brokerage information to be added to the shipping documents please instruct us when submitting your order.

Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. All PayPal transactions are covered with 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account. When you place an order with us, PayPal will automatically contact your credit card's issuing financial institution to request authorization for the sale. Once your credit card order is approved, we will be notified immediately and will begin its order fulfillment process.
