Nylon Spade Terminals

Nylon insulated spade terminals are manufactured using a three-part construction: an inner lug, a copper sleeve, and an outer nylon coating. The copper sleeve acts as a "funnel" to direct the wire properly into the lug, one which crimps the sleeve.
