PVC

PVC insulated terminals are manufactured using a two-part construction; an inner lug covered with a friction fit PVC sleeve. Generally speaking a single crimp is sufficient to make a proper connection.

Both NYLON and PVC connections are rated at 90°C to 105°C and can be used in auto applications (12V) or AC(110V). The actual rating of each is to 600V. Both NYLON and PVC offer excellent protection from surrounding metal or wire contact to prevent "shorting out" situations.
